Update to 2nd load day...I managed to finish off the nuggets so I actually had 10 of
them, not 4. I stuffed an ice cream sandwich down and collapsed on my couch for
the evening, certain I would puke at any moment. But I made it through the night
and I'm so glad I don't have to eat anything til lunch!
Now here's the strange part, my weight this morning is 228.1lbs. Should I have gained more?
That is up 1.3lbs from yesterday but only up 0.4lbs from the start. Huh...Oh well.

So do I now say I am R1P2D1VLCD and go by this morns weight or can
I just put R1P2D3(+0.4lbs)?

One thing to note since starting the drops, I sweat at night and I mean lots. I woke up at 4am and shot out of bed to get a drink I was so thirsty. Detoxing I guess.

R1P2D3 (1st day VLCD) went well, I didn't cheat and although I had some craving, I
can't say that I felt starving.

I did chicken(cummin and garlic powder)
and onion for lunch
chicken(same seasonings^) on a bed of lettuce with
crumbled melba toast(my croutons :-)) for supper
apple for dessert
melba
toast and apple for snack

I know, not much variety but it was a busy day
and I'm still organizing my diet plan a bit. I had to keep it simple. I was
surprised at my salad though, 100g of lettuce really fills the plate :) I look
forward to making some vlcd dressings.

 



 
On to day two of load days! Last nite I went to a pasta house for supper and had a penne with three cheeses(four after I had her sprinkle parma on top), ceasar salad (savouring ever crouton, lol), and fresh baked bread with lots of real butter. I just know that 3 days from now I'll look back on this log and kick myself for posting such a yummy meal. Sorry!!! Later in the evening I had an ice cream sandwich and 3 girl guide cookies. (I forgot to say that I also had a large glass of full fat milk with my donuts yesterday)

WOW!!! To me this seems like a ton of food, does it not? I think I really loaded up yesterday!
Well...this morning I get up and weigh in...226.8lbs!!! (that's down 0.9lbs) Now I'm worried that I didn't eat enough. And even more concerned about todays loading. I'm not sure I can eat more then yesterday. Perhaps it is due to not enough water yesterday. I won't get hung upon it though, just surprised. 

Today I will start the day with bacon and 2 eggs fried in the bacon fat, an
english muffin with real butter and a large cup of full fat milk.

Alright, so since this mornings breakfast noted above here's what
I ate:
3 hashbrowns from Timmies, coffee with 3 cream
1tbsp peanut butter
straight from the jar
1 piece three cheese pizza
1 cup cottage cheese
(2%)
3 cheese burger sliders (15g fat total)
1 vanilla latte with extra
whip cream
1/4 pound Angus burger with cheese and extra bacon(had to toss the bun or I would never had got it in) and 4 chicken nuggets
Think I might just roll to the couch and drop into a fat coma now, LOL.
I have been drinking water the last two days but just as much as I feel needed to quench my
thirst. I'm finding that I feel very tired, but who wouldn't with this much fat in their guts :P I'm having no troubles taking the drops, and though they are often I'm finding the phone alarms are working well for me.


 


 
About
me: I'm 35, married, mom of two beautiful children who I totally blame for my
current weight of 227.7lbs as of this morning. Today is my first day of loading
and it has been hard. I'm not one to eat breakfast normally, guess I'll have to
address that in M1.
So here is my schedule:
b12 at 7:30am
hcg at 8am,
11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm, 11pm
I set alarms on my cell phone for everything :)

For food so far today, I ate two toast with slabs (1/4 inch) of real butter(no
salt) and it was gross, lol. I had a coffee with extra cream followed by a
yogurt drink about 30mins later. Lunch was KFC, two pieces of chicken and a
poutine with another coffee from Timmies...5 cream. I couldn't finish the fries
though. I found I have not been hungry AT ALL, so I am really just forcing it
all down. From 1pm-4pm I thought I was going to puke for sure but I didn't.
Feeling a bit better around 4pm so I ate two honey crullers, these donuts are
sooo good they just must be loaded with fats and sugars. Since then I have also
ate a baby bell cheese and we are goiing out for supper now.

I'll let you know how I finish the day off. I can't wait for the load days to be done :S
